Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you (the client) and BeaconSERP LLC (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a package or using this website, you agree to them.

What we provide

• The specific deliverables listed for the package you paid for, delivered within that month.
• A named strategist responsible for the work, and reporting on what was done.
• Honest advice about what is achievable in your market, including when we think SEO is the wrong investment.

What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee rankings, traffic volumes or revenue. Google does not sell positions, rankings move constantly, and no agency can honestly promise a specific result. Any provider that does is misleading you.
• We do not control Google. Algorithm updates, competitor activity and changes to your own site can all affect results independently of our work.
• Results depend on you too — on implementing recommendations, approving content, and giving us the access we need to do the work.

Payment

• Packages are priced in US dollars and paid in advance for the month of work they cover.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (card, UPI and netbanking) and Cryptomus (cryptocurrency). We never see or store your card details.
• There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Each month of work is paid for as a separate transaction, and nothing is ever charged automatically.
• Work for a given month begins once that month's payment is confirmed. Crypto payments are confirmed once the transaction settles on-chain.
• If a payment fails, nothing is charged and no work is started for that month. You are free to try again with either payment method.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' written notice. Changes never apply to a month you have already paid for.
• You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, and for third-party costs you incur directly, such as tools or paid media you choose to buy.

Your responsibilities

• Provide timely access to your website, analytics and search console accounts.
• Review and approve content within a reasonable period so publishing is not delayed.
• Ensure you have the right to use any material you supply to us.
• Tell us promptly about changes to your site, business or priorities that affect the work.

Ownership of deliverables

Once paid for, the content, documents and recommendations we produce for you are yours. Links we earn point to your site and remain in place. We retain ownership of our internal templates, processes and tooling, and we may describe the work in anonymized form unless you ask us not to.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information, analytics and strategy as confidential and do not share them with anyone outside our team without your permission. We will not name you as a client publicly without your approval.

Stopping work

Because each month is a separate payment, there is nothing to cancel — you simply do not pay for the next month. We will finish the work for any month already paid for. See our refund policy for what is and is not refundable.

We may decline or stop working with a client who asks us to do something that violates search engine guidelines, is unlawful, or is abusive toward our team. In that case we refund any unearned portion of the month.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. Material changes will be notified by email to active clients, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
