Information we collect

We collect information in three ways.

Information you give us

• Contact details you submit through our forms: name, email address, phone number, company name and website URL
• Information about your business, goals and budget that you choose to share in a message field
• Billing details when you purchase a package, processed by Razorpay or Cryptomus — we never see or store your full card number
• Correspondence you send us by email or during calls

Information collected automatically

• Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps
• Analytics data about how the site is used, where analytics tools are enabled
• Cookies necessary for site functionality and, where applicable, analytics

Information from clients' systems

If you become a client, you may grant us access to your Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, advertising accounts, CMS or hosting environment so we can perform the services. We use that access solely to deliver the services you have engaged us for, and access is revoked when the engagement ends.

How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries, audit requests and messages you send us
• To deliver, support and improve the services you have purchased
• To process payments and issue receipts
• To send service communications about your account, billing or engagement
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security incidents

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers we share data with

We use a small number of processors to run the business. Each receives only what it needs:

• Razorpay and Cryptomus — payment processing, invoicing and receipts
• Our email provider — transactional email such as form confirmations and payment notifications
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers — operating this website and storing our database
• Analytics providers — aggregate website usage measurement, where enabled
• Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where legally necessary

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety or property.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly if you block essential cookies.

Data retention

• Lead enquiries: retained while we may reasonably follow up, and deleted on request
• Client records: retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes
• Billing records: retained as required by US tax law, typically seven years
• Server logs: retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment providers and never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have specific statutory rights, including the right to know what personal information we have collected and to request its deletion.

Marketing communications

If we send you marketing email, every message includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about your account, billing or active engagement.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

Our services are directed to the United States and our infrastructure is US-based. If you access the site from outside the US, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and we will notify active clients directly where the change is significant.
